To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagad88f, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; loss of data; business interruption; or any other commercial loss, even if nagad88f has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

nagad88f's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit nagad88f's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nagad88f's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Amendments: nagad88f reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
